Alpaca Lopi
Silky Alpaca Lopi is a fantastic blend of 45% Suri alpaca, 45% Huacaya alpaca, and 10% Merino wool. Soft and Lightweight, this single-ply super bulky yarn will give you gorgeous projects that finish quickly.
Hey folks....Silky here...trying to figure out all this computer stuff, so bear with me......
To clarify...the Silky Farms breed for more than fineness(this classifies super fine alpaca fleece as "baby" or "royal." An often overlooked variable is variation which is the difference(in microns) between the primary and secondary fibers. A Low variation makes the fleece soft and improves its "handle"....giving you the nicest north American fiber ever.
